Desirée is an energetic, inspirational and engaging trainer whose method of training Hospitality Mastery® focuses on middle management and newly promoted leaders.
In addition to this, she assists HR teams and entrepreneurs in setting up company onboarding and departmental introduction. All this to ensure staff engagement and retention.
Throughout the years spent working in luxury hospitality she has prioritised training and coaching, personally designing and delivering bespoke learning material to develop the skills and knowledge of her team members.
Embarking on what would be a long-term hospitality career at the age of 15 as a Kitchen Porter, Desirée’s background lay within Food & Beverage and saw her progress to hold senior and general manager positions. Her passion for the industry is palpable in every way, as is her desire to share her knowledge and support those starting their management journey in it, for they are the leaders of the future.
