Being a seasoned hospitality professional with a career spanning over 25 years in high end luxury hospitality, she brings with her the intrinsic desire to assist any company with the focus to prioritise their team, guests and clients. She passionately provides soft skills training for both new and existing managers and leaders at all levels enabling them to operate at the highest level.
People skills and clarity of communication make the difference in any business with aspirations to be the best of the best. This is why all training courses take place 'live' – practical implementation (having a go!) is a vital element of learning and will allow the participants to take ownership of their performance, feel confident to make mistakes in a safe environment and benefit from valuable feedback.
